Sophia Hughes - Teacher, Koru Hub

Ko Sophia tōku ingoa. I am really excited to be starting my teaching career in Koru Hub at Amesbury School this year.
I am from Lower Hutt and just finished studying at Te Herenga Waka / Victoria University. I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science and then a Graduate Diploma in Primary Teaching.
Outside teaching, I have two lovely little cats and many houseplants which I enjoy raising! I also love to read and do a lot of yoga and pilates.
