Kia ora,I’m Rachel and I am so excited to be beginning my teaching journey at Amesbury in 2024.I have lived in Wellington my whole life, mostly around the Hutt Valley. I have one younger sister whois 3 years old and lives in Australia with my dad.I finished my graduate diploma of primary teaching this year after completing my Bachelor of Artsmajoring in Education & Psychology in 2022. I have always known teaching would be my path,following my dads footsteps as he is a mathematics teacher.When not teaching, I enjoy watching football, cooking, baking and playing board games with myfamily.I can't wait to meet you all and have a great year!
