Kia Ora kotou! I'm Hannah and I'm excited to join the Amesbury whānau as a teacher this year. I'm a true Wellingtonian, having grown up in Porirua and living in Wellington. I studied at Victoria University of Wellington and did a Bachelor of Arts in History and English, which I loved. I knew from a young age I wanted to be a teacher so I completed my Masters in Teaching last year. I was lucky enough to have my full-year placement here at Amesbury and connected with the philosophy of teaching the school held and the direction it was heading. I cannot wait to start my teaching journey here! When I'm not studying or teaching, I love reading and playing board games with friends and families or travelling.
