My name is Angela and I moved to New Zealand with my family in January. I am thrilled to be working with the dedicated teachers at Amesbury School and I am working on learning all the names to match the smiling faces of students in Koru Hub.
I am originally from Canada, which is where I completed my Bachelor of Education at the University of Ottawa. In most recent times, I have called Poland home where I have taught for the past ten years in an international school.
My husband is Polish and together we have enjoyed many years of travel and adventure. Our greatest adventure, so far, is raising our two young children while getting to know this beautiful country of Aotearoa.
My other passion apart from teaching is singing and musical theatre. I am not a soloist by nature and always prefer performing with a group. I am sure the collaborative environment at Amesbury School will suit me well.
