Students leaving during school hours for appointments
We appreciate that it's not always possible to have appointments or plans outside of school hours, but if you know that your child will be away from school for all or some time during the day please let the school office know before the day or first thing on the day - if we know about appointments in advance this helps make it faster and easier to locate students so they are ready to leave on time. If there is nothing that would prevent them from being at school, such as appointment reason, location and wait times, students are expected to be at school before, or return after, appointments.Students can be difficult to find during the break times, so pickup during class time, or at the beginning or end of a break is a big time saver. Here's a reminder of our timetable
If you need to take your child out of school for any reason during the day, please go directly to the school office to sign your child out. Students returning to school the same day must sign back in again at the office. This allows us to keep track of all students on-site and off-site in case of an emergency.
