Please check our A - Z Information page, but here are some highlights:
Co-curricular classes, that is music, drama, and rhythmic gymnastics, start this week, and run for only six weeks this term. Drum, guitar and violin classes start on Wednesday, 18 October, and keyboard, singing, drama (including communication skills and mime and improv) and rhythmic gymnastics classes start on Friday, 20 October. This term's final co-curricular classes will be on Wednesday, 22 November and Friday, 24 November.
Active transport: with improving weather and lengthening days, Term 4 is a great term to get children actively travelling to and from school again. Walking, running, skating, scootering, and cycling to and from school are excellent ways to get a little bit more exercise and fresh air into their days. Please remember that if they are travelling on wheels, no matter whether those wheels are in the form of bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, skates, scooters, or any similar conveyance, they will need to wear a helmet.
Sunhats: and with lengthening days comes the New Zealand summer sun. Please remember that the children must be wearing their school sunhat every time they go outside this term.
Absences: if your child is going to be away from school, please make sure you contact us before 9am on the day they will be away. This helps us ensure that all the children are safely where they are supposed to be.
Lunch orders: delicious lunch orders are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays every week. All the information is available on the lunch orders page on the school website.
School app: please, if you have not already done so, download the school app onto your phone. It is available in both Apple and Android versions, and is a great, convenient way to check notices, alerts, and so on.
Hours: the school day runs from 9am to 3pm. Students may be dropped off from 8:30am. Kelly Club has before school and after school care programmes.
