While payment for the trip is not compulsory, it would be appreciated if parents could make a $19 contribution - which is tax deductible. Details as to how to do this are set out in the information article

Netball - School Rep needed

Netball is starting in Term 2. 

In order for our students to play netball, we must have one delegate to represent Amesbury and vote on the school's behalf at Northern Suburbs Netball meetings. The role description is here. If you can volunteer for this, please contact Rupert. In terms of timing, we need a volunteer confirmed by Monday 26th February.

Movin' March 2024

Movin' March is is back for 2024.

The goal is to get tamariki to to walk or wheel to school and incentives are provided!

Pizza Day lunch Orders - Help Needed

Do you have 20-30 minutes spare on some Thursdays to assist in ensuring that our tamariki get their pizzas for lunch? If so, please contact Rachel (office@amesbury.school.nz) or in person.

Leaping Lizards School of Dance

Leaping Lizards School of Dance prides itself on its first-class dance tuition within a fun and relaxed environment. We offer classes in Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Lyrical, and pre-school dance here at Amesbury School, as well as Tap classes at Johnsonville Hall.

Gumboot Friday Gumboot Design Competition

I am Hope running a gumboot design competition with entries closing on 28 February

The winning design being used as our limited edition gumboot for this year's Gumboot Friday campaign. For a budding designer or artist they will get to see their creation come to life and for sale at stores around New Zealand - raising funds for free counselling sessions through Gumboot Friday.
