CJ'S has kindly offered to sponsor our kura (school) by giving us a monetary percentage from Hangi sold. This will go towards the funds raised at the Kapa Haka festival to commission someone to design and make Pou for the new building at Amesbury School which is to everyone's benefit.
There are 3 choices of Hangi which will cost $15 each.
Regular Hangi: Double Stuffing; Double Potato; Cabbage; Pumpkin; Kumara; Chicken Drumstick & Pork Chop.
Double Chicken Hangi: Double Stuffing; Double Potato; Cabbage; Pumpkin; Kumara and 2 Chicken Drumsticks.
Vegetarian Hangi: Double Stuffing; Double Cabbage; 4 Potatoes; 2 Pumpkin; 2 Kumara.
There is a limit on how many we can sell so your order must be paid for through Kindo (online school shop). You will be able to place your order from Wednesday 19th October. Once we reach the limit of Hangi sold, we will close this off on Kindo.
All Hangi can be collected on the night, outside Koru Hub from 5:15pm onwards.
