Group 2 will attend on Thursday 10 - Friday 11 August. This will consist of children from the following whanau groups:

If you are unsure whose whanau group your child is in, please double check using this link.
As Te Reo, Tikanga and honouring the Treaty of Waitangi is a compulsory subject in the NZ curriculum, we will be taking all children for the first day of the trip for the cultural activities. If you would prefer them to go home for the night, we will arrange transport to have them back at school by 3pm or you may pick them up at a time later in the evening. They are more than welcome to join us for the second day for the bush walk and swim. Parents will need to drop them off by 9am and they can return to school with us on the bus by 3pm.
As options have changed slightly , please complete this form. We do need one form completed for every child, regardless of which option you choose. We already have emergency, health and dietary details from the last Noho Marae form, so this is a very quick form to complete.
We have tried to match groups up so that siblings can attend together, however it is not possible to make that work perfectly for everyone. If your children are scheduled to attend on different days, please indicate on the google form that you would like them to attend together.
The total cost for students of $55 will be invoiced to you and added to your child's school account. Dinner on the first day and breakfast and lunch on second day is covered in these costs.
We will be requiring some additional parental support on this trip and to stay overnight. There is no limit to how many people can come, so more the merrier! There is space on the form to indicate if you are able to attend. Parents who attend will need the same equipment; see below. Due to limited space on the buses we ask that parents find their own transport to Upper Hutt. The cost for each adult is $45.
Equipment: Children will need: a normal packed lunch for the first day, jacket, walking shoes, sun hat, drink bottle, day clothes for second day, sleeping bag, pyjamas or something to sleep in, and toiletries - toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, hairbrush etc. Mufti (own clothes) can be worn on both days - no uniform required.
