Clothing backup - for all Students

Just a reminder - if you hadn't noticed - that with winter here we have plenty rain, puddles and mud.

Please pack a spare set of shorts/track pants/leggings, and underpants in your child's school bag (for all ages) with a plastic bag to put the wet clothes in, and let your child know that they are there for them to get changed into.

For some children it can be quite embarrassing or upsetting when they unexpectedly become wet or dirty (particularly if there isn't anything for them to change into) or they don't like what is available. We have limited space to hold a selection of spares so are not always able to cater for all 'requests' and sizes (particularly size 8 plus).

Pizza orders

If your child is going to be away and/or you want to cancel a pizza order, you can do this on your Kindo account in the My Orders section up until 9am on the day of the order. Orders can also still be submitted up until 9am.

Students collected during school time

We appreciate that it's not always possible to have appointments or plans outside of school hours, but if it's at all workable it reduces your child's time away from learning.

If you do have a commitment during school time, to help make it faster and easier to locate them and be ready to go on time, please let the office know in advance and, if possible, pick them up at the beginning or end of a break/session time. They can return any time.

Here's a reminder of our timetable:

First morning session: 9:00-11:00am
Morning Break: 11:00-11:30am
Second morning session: 11:30am-12:50pm
Lunch break: 12:50-1:40pm
Afternoon Session: 1:40-3:00pm

Covid absence

If a student is going to be away because they or a person in their household has tested positive for Covid, please also advise the Day 0 so we can confirm the students timeline for their return to school (this is either the day the symptoms started or the day of the positive test result (if there are/were no symptoms).
