Futsal Festival 2023 - NOTE: Registrations Close 12 July
We are looking for all those interested in playing futsal for Amesbury at a tournament in September.
While the tournament is some time away, registrations are not. Registrations close during the second week of these holidays - Wednesday 12 July.

Co-curricular Lessons for Term 3
Those who wish to continue will no changes to their co-curricular lessons for Term 3, you need not do anything. You will receive an invoice in your school shop account early next week. Payment of the account by the due date will secure your child's place.
For those who wish to change, add or subtract lessons please email this info to John (communications@amesbury.school.nz), preferably before the invoices go out.

Amesbury Speech Competition 2023
AGT is all finished and Kirat is now onto organising the 2023 Speech Competition to be held next term.
While registration and performance aren't required until later next term, Kirat wanted to provide information prior to the holidays so that tamariki can spend some of that time coming up with a topic and what they would like to include.

Schools Alpine Competition 2023
For any skiers out there that are interested Coronet Peak will be hosting the ‘SIXT Schools Alpine Competition’ between Monday 11th – Friday 15th September this year.
This event will be open to individuals or teams and for boys and girls from Year 3 – 8. There will be competitive and non-competitive races.

Wellington City Council Matariki Events - 13 -16 July
This Matariki, join us at Ahi Kā and experience stunning large-scale projections, live performances, fire and kai on the waterfront between 13-16 July. Each weekend in the lead-up to Ahi Kā from 1 to 16 July, enjoy Mana Moana Pōneke - a series of indigenous films projected onto a beautiful water screen over Whairepo Lagoon.
