The Technology Learning Area of the New Zealand Curriculum stresses the importance of intervention by design, addressing needs and realising opportunities to meet the new and emerging societal needs.
The Draft Digital Technologies Curriculum is a new addition within the Technology Curriculum to make digital technologies explicit within this learning area. Here is a link to the proposed curriculum.
As part of our Term 3 community consultation we asked whanau for their thoughts on the draft curriculum.
