We are super proud of our two year 4 athletes, Sofia and Declan, who went through to the Inter Zone event, representing the Northern Zone. It was an awesome day with perfect Cross Country weather.
Our two athletes excitedly left school at about 10am to attend this event. Both returned to school a while later, with some awesome results, smiling from ear to ear!
Declan claimed 15th place out of the whole Northern Zone year 4 boys group. Ka pai Declan.
Sofia ran like lightning and grabbed up the first place for the year 4 girls group! What an awesome race you had.
Sofia will be moving ahead to the Regionals now, taking place at Grenada North Park on the 6th of July. We wish you all the best for this upcoming race!
