Picture this: a big, red truck rolling onto our school premises, loaded with books for the Scholastic Book Fair. It's a sight that warms the hearts of book enthusiasts and ignites the imaginations of readers young and old alike.
Event Details:
Dates: Wednesday, November 8th, through Tuesday, November 14th.
Location: Amesbury School Library.
Operating Hours:
Mornings: 8:30 am to 9:15 am.
Afternoons: 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm.
Special Evening: The book fair will also be open through to 5.30pm during our Cultural Evening on Friday, November 10th.
Now, here's where we need your help! We're looking for volunteers to step up and play the role of shopkeeper during various time slots. It's a fantastic opportunity to get involved; no prior shopkeeping experience is required. We provide all the necessary products and equipment, making it a breeze for you to jump in.
Volunteer Time Slots:
Wednesday, November 8th:
Set-Up: 8:30 am to 11 am.
Afternoon: 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm.
Thursday, November 9th:
Morning: 8:30 am to 9:15 am.
Friday, November 10th:
Evening: 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
Evening: 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Monday, November 13th:
Afternoon: 2:45 pm to 9:15 am.
Tuesday, November 14th:
Pack-Up: 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
