Creative Exploration through the Arts

Throughout the term, our ākonga delved deep into the theme of good citizenship. They learned what it means to be kind, show care, be activists for positive change, and stand up for others. The hub was abuzz with discussions and projects that demonstrated their commitment to being responsible members of society.

Our journey into citizenship was infused with creativity as our ākonga explored drama, music, and visual arts. They used their artistic talents to express their thoughts and ideas, creating a vibrant atmosphere in our hub.

Our New Home: A Hub of Possibilities

The excitement reached its peak as we moved into our new, two-story hub. It's a space teeming with possibilities and opportunities for creativity. We have a kitchen, maker space, break out rooms, and a cave. The highlight, of course, is the epic rock wall, which has become a symbol of adventure and achievement. Our students have not only embraced their new surroundings but have also made it their own, turning it into a hub of inspiration and learning.

So, parents, as the term concludes, we want to express our gratitude for entrusting us with your tamariki. They've shown remarkable growth, enthusiasm, and a true understanding of what it means to be good citizens. The term has been a journey filled with change, growth, kindness, care, activism, and standing up for others, and we couldn't be prouder of their accomplishments. The future looks bright indeed, and we can't wait to see where we go next!
