The Kids Artworks product orders have now been put through to production and when completed (within the next 1-3 weeks) they will be sent to school.
This year we chose the DIY packing option to keep the cost per product down.
It would be awesome if we can get some help putting the orders together ready for distribution. We can provide a space at school (coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the ready) or you're welcome to take the products and packing gear offsite and get a group together to sort and pack in the comfort of someone's home.
Basically the job involves checking off the orders, making sure each family gets what they ordered into bags, labelled, and ready for teachers to hand out to students to take home. To give you an idea of the size of the job ... there are 162 items purchased for 79 orders. Kids Artworks suggest one helper for every 50 bags that need to be packed so the job can be completed in about an hour. Of course, every order & helper is different – so times may vary :-)
