What's on?

Parent and Whānau Open Morning - Tuesday 23rd March 9-11am

From 9-11am our learning spaces will be open for visitors to come and see learning in action. It will be a chance to see how the learning sessions operate, and also to chat with school leaders and ask any questions you may have.

In order to manage numbers so that we do not overcrowd any area of the school, we ask, for those who haven't already done so, that you fill in this short form if you are planning to attend.

Parent PE and Health Consultation session - Tuesday 23rd March 6-7:15pm

This session will involve discussion and input from our parent community around the different aspects of our PE and Health curriculum, and about what our community feels is important to cover and explore with our tamariki.

Please follow this link to read more about it.

Student Conferences Term 1 2021

We will be holding our first round of student conferences in the final week of this term.

All teachers will be running conferences in the evening (3:30pm onwards) of Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th April. In addition Eilis has an additional block of conferences on Tuesday 13th April.

For all of the details, including how to book for the student conferences, please refer to the notification that you received from Urs on Friday (19 March).

Easter Raffle Reminder

This is a friendly reminder about our Easter raffle. We would like to remind our year 5 and 6 whānau that any donations need to be handed to Kalesha on Monday 22nd March

A slight change has been made to how we will receive the money for the raffle tickets. In the previous digest, we asked that money was place in a named envelope and handed to Rachel at the office - we have now decided that we would like to collect the money through our school shop. Tickets will become available on the school shop from Tuesday 23rd March. We will send out a notice on Tuesday to let you know when they become available.

Art Trip - Weeks 10 & 11

As part of our focus on visual art in Terms 1 & 2, all hubs will have the opportunity to view artworks as well as engage in workshops at Te Papa, City Gallery Wellington/Te Whare Toi and The New Zealand Portrait Gallery.

For all of the details please refer to the article on the art trip.

Kelly Club Amesbury Holiday Programme - 6 & 7 April

Kelly Club Amesbury are evaluating the interest in holding a Holiday Programme on 6 & 7 April when the school is closed, being the Tuesday after Easter plus the following day which is a teacher only day.
