Since 2012 Kelly Club has been providing out of school care programmes at Amesbury School. As part of a formal review to ensure that a quality programme continues to be available and meets the needs of families in our community, a consultation/survey is being carried out.
We value the input from ALL families , regarding before school, after school, or school holiday programmes based on site at Amesbury School.
There are just 20 quick response sections with 9 optional fields, so it should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
