Community Evening - Wednesday 8 June, 5.30pm

At Amesbury School, we hold several community evenings each year. These provide an opportunity for our school community to get together, catch up with old friends and meet new ones. With so many new students coming in, it is important to take these opportunities to get together and get to know each other.

Our community evenings always involve some simple refreshments - often pizza, a family activity and activities in the hub for children while parents attend a school information or education-related session.

This community evening we have a special family activity - dancing. Please put this on your calendar. You will have nothing to do other than to pack up the family and come to school! The details are as follows:

5.30pm - Pizza, a "getting to know each other" activity, spot prizes - library, foyer, Ma Whero.
6.00pm - Dancing with Ezra from Dances for School - a family activity. This will take place in the hall.
6.30pm - Children go to Koru Hub for activities with teachers
6.30pm - Parents choose an information/education session to attend - topics will be provided soon.
7.00pm - Home time
