For safety and comfort, participants will need the equipment below for activities.
Please start gathering all required gear for camp.
Children will need to be able to manage their own bag and move it from one place to another.
Please include this equipment list in your child’s main bag, so they will have a checklist when they are packing up to come home.
All inclusive equipment list:
❑ Morning tea and lunch for Monday
❑ Baking, a bag of chips or a bag of fruit to share for morning teas and afternoon teas (1 contribution per family)
❑ Day pack (for day activities)
❑ 5 pairs underwear
❑ 5 pairs of socks
❑ 1 pair sports shoes (they need to be comfortable for walking)
❑ Covered shoes that can get wet
❑ 2 pair shorts
❑ 2 or 3 pair long pants (they need to be comfortable for walking)
❑ 5 t-shirts
❑ 2 jumpers/hoodies/polar fleece
❑ 2 thermal or long sleeve tops (for warmth and safety)
❑ Toilet gear – towel, soap, toothbrush, hair brush, shampoo etc
❑ Small torch and spare batteries
❑ Personal medicines (asthma inhaler, hayfever medication if needed for outdoor activities)
❑ Warm sleeping bag
❑ Drink bottle - named
❑ Waterproof parka / jacket
❑ Light splash proof jacket
❑ Swimming togs
❑ 2 x towel
❑ Sunblock and insect repellent
Please do not send sweets or sugary drinks to camp with your child.
