Kia ora koutou,
When I asked the students in my current whānau team what would be good information for the students (and teachers) at Amesbury School to know about me, they decided they wanted to write the blurb themselves. So here it goes …
The first thing you need to know about Emma is that she loves caramel and chocolate, especially when they are combined in some way. She also loves hot chocolates with marshmallows. Emma has a really good sense of humour and is quite funny. She’s also quite sarcastic though. If you’re not sure if she’s being sarcastic or not, watch out for the corners of her mouth curling upwards and the twinkle in her eye, they are her tell that she is really just joking.
Emma is positive, cares about her students and is also really patient. She loves coming along and joining in with us at Kapa Haka. She also loves getting outside and is always pointing out cool things in nature. Emma really likes sports too, she especially likes netball.
Fun fact: Emma has jandals for every occasion. They might look similar but they all serve a different purpose, well according to her anyway.
