Kia ora! My name is Jemima and I am excited to be a teacher in Koru Hub this year. I am born and bred Wellingtonian, having grown up in the Northern Suburbs. I have recently finished my Masters in Teaching and Learning (Primary) at Victoria University of Wellington, where I was fortunate to have been on placement at Amesbury School, so I might be a familiar face to some of you! I am looking forward to beginning my teaching journey at Amesbury.
Prior to that, I completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Education and History at Victoria, which included a semester abroad in the U.K. I have also spent time living in British Columbia, Canada. When I’m not teaching, I love to travel, swim, and walk my dog. I look forward to meeting you all!
