Andy Little - Teacher - Harakeke

Kia ora koutou, I am a British ex-pat, having moved to New Zealand with my Kiwi partner (now wife) in 2007. I am a father of two amazing boys, and enjoy sharing outdoor adventures with my Little family when Wellington's notoriously uncooperative weather allows it.

I chose to pursue a career in teaching after completing my MA in psychology in Dundee, Scotland, which piqued my interested in children's development, learning, and language acquisition. This will be my eighth year as a primary teacher, and I am excited to join the future-focused team at Amesbury School. 

My other interests are mainly related to technology - I have been programming since I was young - and I look forward to helping our students develop their creativity and interests both online and off. I also enjoy football, cycling, videogames, and music.
