Michelle Prinsloo

My husband and I, together with our fur-baby pup Toby, relocated to Wellington in 2017 from Johannesburg, South Africa. We decided to make this move after enjoying a great holiday here in June 2016. We just love our new home!

I am a passionate teacher,  with almost 20 years of primary school teaching experience.  Over the years I have taught a variety of age groups.  After arriving in New Zealand I took on a tutoring job where I worked with students ranging from year 1 to 10. 

I enjoy doing various crafts,  and I love cooking.  We have recently also taken up kayaking.   After a two year break from  teaching, and now being fully settled in,  I am very excited, and looking forward to be a part of Amesbury School.
